Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by an additional business day. In such cases, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We use a range of reliable courier partners for shipping. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and typically ranges between 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Note: We currently do not offer guaranteed next-day delivery services. If you prefer a specific courier service, please contact us after placing your order. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (if applicable). We may offer free shipping on certain products or order values — this will be clearly mentioned on the product or cart page.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vektro Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, duties, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
