At Vektro Store, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory online shopping experience for all our customers.

Product Information & Purchase Guidance
We strongly encourage customers to review the detailed product descriptions, specifications, and images available on our website before placing an order. If you require further clarification or support, you may contact us directly โ€” weโ€™re happy to assist or provide sample products before purchase where possible.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products unless they are:
  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (not matching the item you ordered)
If your item falls under one of the above categories, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days of receipt at [insert email/phone/WhatsApp] with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. Returns will only be accepted after approval from our customer support team.

Return Conditions
Once approved, the item must be returned:
  • In its original, unopened packaging
  • In unused condition
  • Within 5 days of receiving our return authorization
Used, opened, or unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (please allow up to 14 business days), if the return is approved, a store credit will be issued to your Vektro Store account. This credit can be used toward future purchases.

Note: We do not offer cash or card refunds. Refunds are processed as store credits only.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping fees. A handling charge may apply.
